Introduction Of Production Department

Introduction 

                                       3rd stage of supply chain is production. 

                 Production department take the materials from stores to produce or manufacture the product as per clients / sales department requirement. 

in production department , there types of process will done on raw materials such as pressing, forming, welding, painting , powder coating, plating, etc.

                Production department produce / manufacture the products qty as per sales plan. Which is raised by sales team weakly, daily or monthly. 

In production department , there will be one more assist department i.e. quality dept. Who is responsible for checking the products quality in line. In production line if product is not ok as per client requirement. Then he is authorized, to stop the production line. And check the route cause for rejected product.

After confirmation of quality department , the final product is sent to dispatch dept. 

Production department must be keep the record of production data for each type of product produces.
